We're hitting another benchmark WOD today - "Grace." We do these benchmarks so we can have trackable and measurable data, which we can look at to see how much we have improved in different areas of training. There's nothing special about the workout so don't psych yourself out, it's just another tool for us to measure our training results. Here's a couple of videos to get you ready for tomorrow.
