Had a great time teaching the on ramp course tonight. Sometimes it gets tedious to keep repeating the movements with PVC, but this will pay off over time. The better your technique, the more efficiently you can lift. The more efficient you are, the more weight you can move and the stronger you will become. I really enjoy teaching these fundamentals. It's a great review for myself every time and I get to see people do things they have never done before and excel at them. Great job today! Workout for Friday, Dec. 9, 2011
