Great job today on the deadlifts. It was the first time some of you went heavy and they looked great. We will always be tweaking form and correcting little things as we go so don't stress over the coaching cues we are throwing at you. It will all sink in and you will be able to do these lifts without thinking too much. Don't suffer from the dreaded "paralysis by analysis." Practice will make you better.
