We finished off 2011 with a bang and are really excited to get 2012 under way. If this year is anything like the last few months, then I can't wait to see what's in store. We'll get some benchmark workouts in and start to learn some new skills. Also, we are going to talk more about nutrition and how we fuel our bodies. There are some other cool things happening in the CrossFit world too - specifically the CrossFit Games Open Competition. I would encourage you all to participate. It's a great way to compete with the best in the world and test yourself mentally and physically. Check out this video for more info and please ask one of us if you want to know more.
