OK, I'll let you in on a little secret. We're going to do a benchmark workout next Tuesday - Jan. 10. I'm only telling you this because I know some of you really want to get some numbers on the board and I want you to as well. I don't like to tell the workouts in advance because people might start cherry picking and only doing the workouts they like. If you do that you are missing the point of the program. Let's work on the things we don't like so we can get better at them. Find your weaknesses and attack them so they are no longer weaknesses. Want to be good at everything. We specialize in not specializing. You've heard this stuff before, but let's try to be the best we can be at gymnastics, weightlifting, sprinting, agility and everything in between.
