I was checking out some other affilate's sites and came across this post on CrossFit Verve's site today. This is Matt and Cherie Chan's gym in Denver, CO and both owners are Games level CrossFit athletes. They are also CrossFit HQ trainers and really understand why we train and how it can make you daily life better. Click the link to check out their post on getting better. There are some good thoughts on how we get better and understanding why we want to improve.
