Are You Getting Better?

This post asks a simple question - Are you getting better? I don't necessarily mean better at CrossFit, but better at whatever it is you want to be good at. If you are seeing improvement that's awesome and keep doing what you are doing. If you're not, then let's figure out why and address it. Do you want to get stronger? Are you lifting heavy enough or is the lure of the met-con too much to resist? Have flexibility issues? How much time are you spending on mobility and stretching every day? Is there a skill you still haven't gotten? How often do you practice it? Let's get serious with our training and fix our weaknesses in the gym and other parts of our lives.
