Can't tell you guys how impressed I was with the power snatches today. For a lot of you it was the first time trying it and you guys did really well. Keeping it light and working the technique is the way to go and everyone's technique was really solid. Thanks for putting up with the boring PVC work, but it's the only way to start and ensure a good safe lift. Special shout out to Meghan for doing this workout RX'd - makes me super proud as a coach and proves that you are a lot stronger than you think sometimes. Also, your snatch technique was really solid, which made that weight move easily for you. Awesome job tonight.
