Happy Monday everyone! Ready to start another work week? I know I am, ok maybe not the work part, but I am ready to get back in the gym. Saw this video over the weekend and thought you all might enjoy. CrossFit is for everyone and it's never too late to start a fitness program. I'm so glad we have a wide variety of ages all working out together and helping each other along the way. I get asked all of the time whether older people can do this and the answer is yes. Anyone can do it and get amazing results.
