Well I made it through the Super Bowl without eating everything in site, so that's a little bonus. Hopefully you didn't fall too far off track on your diet, but if you did let's work it off this week in the gym. Who's with me? As the CrossFit Games Open approaches I thought we'd give some of last year's workouts a shot so you can see what they were like and maybe decide if you want to participate or not this year. We're going to do Open workout #1 from 2011 on Monday. Short and sweet, and if you've got double unders it should be a sprint.
