Happy Valentine's Day! I got you some squat clean thrusters. Can't you feel the love. This may be a new move for some of you so we're going to practice with the Burgener Warm Up. It's based on the snatch, but the skills transfer to the clean as well. Check out the video of Coach Burgener taking a group through the warm up and then watch some squat clean thrusters. Hopefully you will start to get a feel for the movement, or at least get some of it straight in your head before we start. Burgener Warm Up:
