The CrossFit Games Open is just around the corner. The first workout gets announced next Wednesday, Feb. 22 and we will do it as a group on Thursday, Feb 23. We will do all of the open workouts on the Thursday following the announcement and we will judge each other to make it official. Don't worry about signing up officially, you can still join in the fun and help your fellow members give it all they have. If there are any skills you think you need to grasp, let me know - we've got one week! It is a great way to test your fitness and see what you need to work on. I encourage you all to give the workouts a try.
