A quick note to those of you signed up for the Open. We will be doing the workouts on Thursday after they are announced Wednesday night. I would advise making Wednesday your rest day or doing something light that day so you are fresh for the Open WOD. We won't know the movements until Wednesday evening so we can't program around them. We're doing handstand push ups today and I'd like you to try them facing the wall and facing away from the wall. See which are easier or just how different they feel.
