Back at it after a good weekend. Hope you all got some good rest and recovery in. Seems like a lot of you have been on vacation, so hopefully it's not too much of a rude awakening to get back in the gym. In other news, we are doing a presentation at Gazelle Sports on 28th St. on Tuesday at 6 pm if anyone is interested. I'd recommend heading to the gym for a workout, but if not, we will be there introducing CrossFit to their community. If you've got any good testimonials you'd like to share, let me know and I can pass them along.
