We're going to do a longer WOD today and skip any extra strength or skill work before it. Then we are going to dedicate some time to mobility and cool down after the WOD. I know it's tough, especially when we finish right on the hour, to dedicate any time to a proper cool down, but it's so important for your growth and recovery. We work hard every day, don't waste it.
