Just a quick link to Robb Wolf's site on the Paleo Diet. It's been a little while since we talked about our nutrition so just wanted to post a resource for those of you interested in cleaning up your diet. Remember, our bodies were meant to handle certain foods, and when you provide the right fuel, you can perform at your optimal level. Check out the Paleo Diet and let me know if you have any questions. Start by removing one junky thing at a time. I recommend removing sugar first. That stuff is terrible for you.
