Obviously I have lots of ideas on how to torture train you guys and I think we have seen amazing improvement over the last few months, but I'm open to some new ideas. What I'm asking is if there is anything specific you'd like to tackle over the next month or two of training. We are on a linear progression strength program right now and we'll continue that for the next few weeks, but after the Open we're going to retest your maxes on a lot of stuff. A lot of you probably haven't ever tested your one rep max on some lifts so we are going to get it all down soon. We'll do some other max effort tests too besides squat, deadlift, press and other lifts. You can look forward to testing your 400 m time, 1 mile time, 500 m row and lots of other benchmarks. Anyway, if there is something you want to get better at let me know here in the comments or on our Facebook page.
