Pretty cool article here in the CrossFit Journal. It's a free download, so check it out. It's a great story of success through CrossFit, but not being satisfied and knowing that it's a life-long  journey. People start doing CrossFit for a lot of reasons, but soon many of us realize that it's a way of life and whatever reason we started for is now just a by-product of our quest for overall health and fitness. Why do you CrossFit? Have your reasons changed? The guy in the video mentions wanting to lose weight, but he hasn't weighed himself in months. He knows that if he can do the things he wants to do in the gym, the weight must be moving in the right direction. I love that. Let's measure our success by how much easier our lives get rather than the number on the scale. Are you stronger, faster, more flexible? Who cares what the scale says.
