We're testing our 1-rep max back squat today so you all can have a number to work from. Plus it's a good test of your strength and you can decide if you want to put in more work under the bar. It's pretty motivating to see your numbers go up and it makes me want to keep getting stronger. Of course, you need to know your number so you know if it is going up. So let's get to testing. Make sure you are getting enough rests between sets during this. Max effort attempts will require 3-5 minutes for your muscles to recover for another attempt.
