Take time for yourself. For those of you that find it hard to get into the gym because you're always doing things for others, please take some time for yourself. If we don't take care of ourselves, we won't be around to take care of the others. It's pretty simple, we can make our lives better by spending one hour a day working out and getting healthier. If you do this, the quality of the time spent with others will improve - guaranteed.
