Ever have an off day at the gym, or in life? I've had a few. I had one this Sunday and tried not to feel down about the workout, but it is tough when you really expect to do better and, in my case, fail miserably. It's always good to have you all around to keep me motivated and positive and that is what I love about our group. Here's a really good article from CrossFit Invictus about fighting through off days and resetting yourself physically and mentally.
