Don't forget, the first round of Regionals start today (Friday). Check out the action to see some truly elite athletes tackling WODs. I think it is great motivation to put in hard work, and it's a bit humbling. Either way, I am excited to see people take on these workouts, some of which look really challenging. Our regional, the Central East, is May 11-13 and is being streamed live online on ESPN 3. More info on the Regionals and the Games can be found here.
