I just saw this and it makes me want to lift something heavy. These guys blow my mind not only because they lift insane amounts of weight, but also because they are ridiculously fast. Just watch how fast they get under the bar on the Olympic lifts. It's really hard to even see it. If you want to be a good lifter get strong, but also get fast. I recommend watching this right before your workout. (Also, I would love to see a women's version of this if anyone finds one)
