Thanks to everyone that came out to the Cinco de Mayo WOD and Fiesta Saturday. We had a blast, got a great workout and had some really good food. A special thanks to everyone who brought food and drinks - it was all great (and mostly healthy). Remember that the Tuesday 6 pm class will end early so we can make it to the showing of Strong! at the UICA downtown. I hope join us for the workout and the movie.

One other thing, in case you haven't been following, the Regionals have been fun to follow online and I hope you check them out. Especially this weekend, our Region takes place, and will be streamed live online on ESPN 3. If you want to see some amazing CrossFit performances, check it out.
