Great day at the gym today. Good to see some people we haven't seen in a while and we had some great efforts on the WOD. Remember, don't waste your good workout by eating junk when you get home. If you are unsure of what to eat start here - Robb Wolf's site and article about what the paleo diet is. It's really pretty simple - eat real food! What's real you ask - things you find in nature and eat without processing - animals and plants basically. This doesn't count grains. Yes, you can find a wheat stalk growing in a field, but I don't know anyone that's eating that without some serious processing done first. If your body can't handle it before the processing, what makes it good for you after? Robb's site has a lot more info on why grains are not good for you, including increased insulin levels, which bring on a whole host of problems.
