Congratulations to Cori on getting her first muscle up! Check out the video below and notice how strict she does it. A nice big pull of the rings below the chest and then really sticking her head through. Cori put in the work on these, going through all of the progressions and the hard work has paid off! Really proud of you Cori and thanks for setting a good example and showing what hard work and dedication can do. Now, who's next?

WOD Every 30 sec. for 10 min. do: 1 Clean and Jerk (70-80% 1 RM)
