We are very pleased to announce that Dr. Jason Ross from Train Out Pain will be leading a mobility seminar for us on Saturday, June 2! The seminar will be one hour long and will immediately follow the 10:30 am workout. For those of you that have any nagging tight spots or mobility issues, this is a must-attend event. Jason really knows his stuff and will be teaching us ways to take care of ourselves so we can continue to work hard and avoid injury. I follow his Train Out Pain blog and there are always great insights into fitness, nutrition and more. This seminar is free to members of CrossFit 616! Here's a brief bio for Dr. Ross.

Dr. Jason Ross, D.C. ART C.S.C.S. is a doctor of chiropractic and strength and conditioning coach. He was the official chiropractor for the United States Bobsled team. He is certified full body practitioner of Active Release Technique. Dr. Ross is also a certified strength and conditioning coach. He Is a graduate of Hillsdale College and Palmer College of Chiropractic where he participated in Football, Track and Rugby. He was also a two time member of the US Bobsled team. He has trained and treated a variety of athletes from recreational to professional.
