Hey, if you get injured at the gym or somewhere else, please let us know. We will definitely work with you to find substitute movements so you can continue to workout, but we need to know so we aren't telling you to do things that hurt or will further injure you. Please don't stop coming to the gym, we are more than happy to rearrange the workouts to keep you moving - that's why we're here. We've got "Nicole" on tap today but we're going to do a little gymnastics skill work first. Handstand walks and V-ups. Check out the v-up progression video below for more info.
