I know we posted some news earlier today and we hope those changes make your CrossFit (and regular) life better. A few other notes for the Memorial Day weekend. On Saturday, May 26 we are moving the gym after the 10:30 am workout. Not a lot to move, but we would love it if you are there and could help drag a mat or two next door. We don't think it will take more than an hour at the most. If not, that's cool, just remember to go to the right door on Monday! Speaking of Monday, that's Memorial Day and in the spirit of CrossFit, we're doing Murph! There will only be one class Monday - at 10 am - so you can enjoy the holiday on the beach, boat or backyard!
