For those of you with tight hamstrings (basically, all of you) we are going to do some hamstring mobilizing before the WOD today. Hopefully this helps you get into a better setup for the clean. Check out the Mobility WOD below for some good hamstring mobilizing techniques. Of course, there are plenty of other options out there, but these are some good ones to get started. Some are a little complicated, but don't worry, we will simplify and find something that works. Remember to test your mobility before and after so you can tell if you made a change. The test for today is the clean setup position.
