Don't forget that on Saturday we are hosting a mobility seminar after the 10:30 workout. Please stick around and be ready with your questions on how to fix any of your mobility problems. Also, remember that the new class schedule begins Monday, June 4. One other announcement - we are going to have a little throwdown with 8th Day Gym on Saturday, June 16. This will consist of 4 workouts that will test as many aspects of fitness as possible. Don't be intimidated by the word "competition." This will be fun and a good test of your fitness. We can scale workouts if necessary so give it a shot, have some fun and meet some other CrossFitters! Details to come.
