Our Olympic lifting class begins this Saturday, June 9 at 12 noon. After Saturday, the class will be held on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm (no 6:30 CrossFit Class on Wednesdays) and Saturdays at noon. It will be taught in eight-week cycles and will focus on technique and strength in the snatch and clean and jerk. We will start slow and really focus on technique before adding any weight. This will be a great opportunity for you to learn these lifts for the first time or improve on what you already can do. This class is included in your monthly membership fee and will count as one class on the punchcard. If you are only interested in taking the Olympic lifting classes the cost will be $10 per class, $65 a month or you can purchase an eight-week cycle for $120.
