We are working out the details on the inaugural Grand Rapids Box Crawl. This will be a fun event with the other two CrossFit gyms in Grand Rapids and will take place Saturday, June 16. We will have one event at each gym and test you in skill, metabolic conditioning and strength. The workout movements will be announced prior to competition but not the exact rep scheme or structure of the WODs. We really want to see people participate and get to know other CrossFitters and make Grand Rapids a great CrossFit town. All of the workouts will be doable and scalable so give it a shot. It will be fun and a good way to find out what you need to work on to get better. More details to come, but put it on your calendars now! The plan is to start early and be done by 2 pm.
