Good response so far on the Box Crawl. If you want in please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org asap because spaces are filling up fast. We have to cap it at 40 participants so get your name in now. Just send your name, gender and what gym you are with (hopefully 616). We're practicing Pistols today so check out the video for some tips. These are tough and take quite a bit of strength and mobility so don't freak out if you don't get them right away. It's practice and when we practice different skills we find out what we need to work on.
