Since we are having the Box Crawl this weekend our Saturday classes have been canceled. If you want to workout, I encourage you to sign up for the Box Crawl. If you want to take it easy but join in the festivities, I am sure your fellow CrossFitters will appreciate you cheering them on. The Box Crawl will be passing through 616 around 10 am. And in case you didn't see the video posted on Facebook earlier here it is again. Summer is around the corner so think twice about those flip flops. (thanks to 810 CrossFit for posting this!)
