We going to do some tire flips today. This will be strength work for most of you, but the technique is pretty important. Start with the lighter tire and work your way up. Also, you might want to wear clothes you're not worried about getting dirty, because you're going to need to get your body against the tire. This movement requires explosive strength, speed and coordination. Just like a lot of the things we do (Clean and jerk, anyone?) Think about how practicing tire flips can help you with movements in the gym and in everyday life.
