A little Mobility WOD to try today to prep us for some overhead stuff today and later in the week. Watch and listen closely - he clearly says "If you're uncomfortable with this, don't do it." This is a partner WOD and can get a little nasty. Let's just start with getting the lacrosse ball around the scapula and moving that arm up and down. If you graduate from that, then ask a super friend to make it a little better. Looks like Carl Paoli is having fun.
