We did a bunch of hollow rocks yesterday, so you should be familiar with the hollow body position. Now it's time to apply that position to an exercise. As you do your handstand pushups focus on staying tight through the midline and holding that hollow position. If you lose position the entire system becomes weak. Also, here's a good shoulder Mobility WOD to get those joints moving properly. If your shoulder is not in a good position you are going to lose power, so work on that internal rotation.
