Congratulations to everyone that lifted in the Iron Egg weightlifting meet Saturday. Matt, Robert and Corey went out and represented CrossFit 616 well and I tried to keep up. It was a lot of fun and I encourage all of you to use the skills we develop in CrossFit in other arenas. The point of all this training is to make us good at life, so find something you love and go after it and test yourself against others. Thanks to Kelly for coaching us all. I know it was crazy trying to coach two people at a time, but you did great (despite the sweating). I'd also like to thank Jen, Rachel and everyone else that came out to support us. It's pretty nerve racking and it helps to have people cheering for you in the crowd.
