Also, make sure you are tracking your workouts so can measure your progress. The reason we use a clock is so we can track our improvement and have trackable data. If you don't have a notebook, get one and write down your workouts. This is especially important for the strength training we do. You need to know what you have done before so you can push yourself next time. The only way you will get stronger, faster or better is by pushing the limit each time.
