Scheduling note: Beginner's weightlifting class will be Friday at 5:30 pm - 7 pm. This class is for those of you that didn't go through the first cycle, but would like to learn more about Olympic lifting. This means that there will be a slight change to the Friday CrossFit schedule. We are going to have Open Gym on Friday from 5:30-6:30 pm. You can come in and work on anything you like or do the WOD. There will always be a coach on hand, but it will not be run like a structured class. You can come in any time between 5:30 and 7 and workout. Don't worry, you'll get the same quality instruction and training, but you can work on whatever you like.
