A lot of you have been training with us for a while now and have seen some amazing results, but I think we can do more. I think it's time for us all to examine our diet and get rid of some of the junk. I know that it is really hard to get rid of certain things, but it can really make a difference in how you feel and perform. For me and many of you CrossFit is not just a workout I do, it is a way of life. The things I learn in the gym get applied to all aspects of my daily life and I know I am better off living this way. I eat a primal/paleo diet 99% of the time and it is amazing how good I feel. I do enjoy the occasional cheat meal and I can really tell a difference in how I feel the next day. I rarely get sick or suffer from allergies any more and digestive issues are a thing of the past. Even if I do feel a hint of a cold, it is gone in a day. I have no other variable in my life that could do this except my diet. I have always worked out in some form, but since switching to a primal/paleo diet my performance and overall health have greatly improved.

If you aren't getting the results you want, or if you just want to feel better give these diets a try. There are a ton of resources online and your trainers at the gym are always ready to help. Just try it for 30 days and see what happens. You have to be strict for 30 days to figure out how you feel, but it will be worth it. Then you can add some things back in and determine what negatively effects you.
