You're Mobility WOD for today is to take care of your feet. Obviously, our feet are important to us, and serve as the base for a lot of our movements in the gym. If the feet are not in the right position and working properly, we will probably have dysfunction up the entire chain. Watch the video below and then examine your stance. Are you winding up properly and maintaining that arch? We see a lot of collapsed arches when squatting because the knees come in and we can't maintain the torque necessary to keep that arch in the foot. Listen to what they say - start slow and work on just standing in a good position first. Then pay attention while walking. Keep those feet forward!
