Olympic Weightlifting starts back today! We will go Wednesday 6:30-8 pm and Saturday 9-10:30 am for experienced lifters and the beginner weightlifters can join on Wednesday at 6:30 and get their own session on Friday from 5:30-7 pm. If you want to be a better weightlifter you should join this course for obvious reasons, and if you want to be a better CrossFitter, getting good at Olympic weightlifting is a must as well. You will get stronger, faster and more powerful overall by working on these lifts. They are very technical, but, when done correctly, offer huge benefits that you can't get from the slower lifts. Also, you may find you really enjoy working on these lifts enough to compete in a weightlifting meet someday. I've done a couple and it really is a lot of fun and a great experience.
