It's time to take on Grace again. We did this workout at the beginning of the first lifting cycle and I told you we would do it again to see our progress. A lot of you participated in the Oly class and your technique on the clean and jerk improved dramatically. You are much more efficient now and should be able to get through Grace a little easier. Focus on what you have learned and don't let the technique fly out the window as you get tired. I expect some big PRs on this! I think the times will go down and the weights will go up for those of you that didn't do it RX'd. I'd think you can take it to the next level this time.
