There are a lot of events coming up at CrossFit 616 and other places around the area. We try our best to let you know about them here, on Facebook and at the gym. Please make sure you check the announcement whiteboard for info on all of the exciting things happening. If you have an event you think would be a good fit for the gym, let us know. There's always someone looking for a race or competition of some sort. Also, please talk to us if you plan on competing, especially in a CrossFit event. There may be some specialized programming you need to get you ready and we will be happy to help. We can also talk about how much work you should be doing leading up to the event so you are peaking at the right time.

One more thing - check out the video below. This is the guy that introduced me to CrossFit when I was in North Carolina. He hadn't opened his gym yet, but he inspired me to check this whole thing out and it has changed my life. Hope you guys have the same CrossFit experience as me and Keith.
