So I've been thinking about what to do for the beach workout and after doing a lot of research I found the perfect WOD. You can get a sneak preview below. Looks like a lot of fun and I am not sure any of us will be able to do it RX'd, but we're going to try! Check it out and let me know what you think. Remember, no classes at the gym on Saturday!
