SCHEDULING NOTE: Labor Day is next Monday, September 3 and we will have only one workout at 10 am. Come in and start the holiday with a WOD and then go have some fun. Also, on the Saturday before (Sept. 1) we will have little going away party for Vince. For those of you that don't know, Vince has decided to serve our country and has enlisted in the Army. Let's thank him for his service by giving him a good sendoff WOD and have some fun afterwords with food and drink. We've seen the hard work he has put in at the gym and I know that will serve him well in the weeks and months to come. We will keep the regular schedule on Saturday, with lifting, CrossFit and beginner classes. Hope you can join us and help give Vince the farwell he deserves!
