I hope you all enjoyed the holiday. We had a small group try the workout on Monday and they killed it. It was a pretty nasty chipper, so if you didn't do it you should be nice and fresh. A few more tests to get in this week. We're starting with the snatch. For those of you in the lifting class, this will be a good chance to test yourself again, and for those not in that class you may spend a lot of the time today working on technique. Let's try to work on the full snatch, but if you aren't getting it today try to establish a number for the power snatch. Once again, listen to the coaches and they will tell you how much to go up in weight.
