Just in case you don't know, we have two teams competing in the 8th Day GR Games competition this Saturday. It's an all day event with the first WOD at 9 am. We have two teams of three going, one male and one female. I am speaking for everyone here, but we would love to have your support, even if it's for just a short time. I don't know what heats we are in yet, but as soon as I do I'll let you know. If you have never seen a CrossFit competition, this will be a great one to check out. Hope to see you there!
